balist.ai accepts online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD and EUR. All transactions are processed securely through PCI DSS-compliant gateways. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies. TR MOPANGA LLC will not deal with or provide services to any OFAC-sanctioned countries.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank. Cancellations are accepted only before the start of the next billing cycle. Once a subscription period has been consumed, no refund or cancellation is possible for that period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and materials available on balist.ai are the intellectual property of TR MOPANGA LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability
